How We Work
Alliance Relocation conducts an initial complimentary consultation to determine the needs of either the corporate client and/or the relocating individual. Upon an initial consultation, services and resources required to ensure a smooth transition for all involved will be determined. Our services are available bundled or unbundled. We recommend that corporate clients create or update relocation policies and procedures.
Our services include but are not limited to the following:
This service offers a new or potential employee a “Welcome” to the area and an introductory tour to selected communities. At this time, through objective and impartial advice we earn their trust and begin the close personal involvement that can be expected throughout the relocation process. School evaluations and meetings with guidance counselors also can be arranged at this time.
Home Buying and Home Selling
There are opposing objectives when buying and selling a home. We are able to offer our expertise and a choice of agency representation so that you will have the best assistance available acting on your behalf as a home buyer or home seller.
Short-term Accommodations/Rental Housing
We will research the availability and compare costs of both short term accommodations and unfurnished rental housing. A one month broker’s fee is customary for long-term rental housing.
We will take you through the “pre-approval” process in order to determine how much house you can afford and help you select the best lender and program to meet your unique requirements.
